1. Who we are

The online shop casorela.com ("Casorela", "we", "us") is operated by SURGE DIGITAL LTDA, a Brazilian limited company registered under CNPJ 57.376.952/0001-21. Email: contact@casorela.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in our online shop. By placing an order you accept these terms, together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

3. Products and prices

We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total price, including any applicable taxes and charges, is shown before you place your order.

4. Placing an order

Showing a product in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding order. We confirm receipt of your order by email, and the contract is formed when we send you that confirmation. If a product is unavailable, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment already made.

5. Payment

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas, costs and estimated times are described in our Shipping policy.

7. Right to cancel

You have a 14-day right to cancel. The conditions and the model cancellation form are set out in our Refund policy.

8. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If a product is faulty, contact us and we will put it right as described in our Refund policy.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Applicable law

These terms do not remove the protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
