How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 4 to 15 business days after shipping. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase, without giving a reason. See our Refund policy for the details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us at contato@casorela.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
