We want you to love what you ordered from Casorela. If something is not right, this policy explains your options.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period starts on the day you receive the last one.
To exercise your right to cancel, send us a clear statement (for example an email to contato@casorela.com) with your order number. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory. It is enough that you send your message before the cancellation period has expired.
After we receive your cancellation message, we will reply with the return address and instructions. Please send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you informed us of your cancellation. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.
Please return items unused, with all parts and, where possible, in the original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If you cancel the purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, and you will not be charged any fees for it.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at contato@casorela.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under EU law you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from delivery.
The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery, or to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
